Front Door Panels

Black Front German Vinyl Door Panels
from $445.00

A pair of rebuilt door panels, finished in vinyl colors which closely match the original 2002 interior. Using the top metal section from your original panels (or our cores), we build these on new, CNC-cut plywood backing boards. (note: these do not have the bonded silver strips found on OEM panels.)

Early pre-1973 model cars have two-tone panels with black on top (black panels are all black, obviously), later model cars have one color. Higher-priced colors are German OEM vinyl and we also offer an OEM German Leather version too. See our Photo Gallery for colors and detail photos.

Door Panel Rebuild Kit
from $87.00

Our door panel backs are CNC-cut out of 3-layer plywood that's the same thickness as an original, unswollen panel (about 2.5mm). We use plywood because if it gets wet, the board will subsequently shrink back to its original thickness when it dries (the stock fiberboard does not).

These are very-accurate reproductions - every hole lines up perfectly! With your original vinyl and these boards, you can restore your own door panels. (Order the optional silver mylar strips for a cost-effective way to restore the 'silver' trim that's bonded to the original panels.) Instructions included.
